Late the company in which I work on it has resolved to go to this year's past ex-pop injury. Accordingly the hotels were already booked up in the closer surroundings and / or were too expensive. to be exhausted, we limited the anyway quite low choice to those which were comfortably accessible with public local traffic. With the remained ones we went after the menu, because thus the search for a good adjoining restaurant would be cancelled.

After all, the choice fell on the "octagon" in Dusseldorf-Garath. The hotel is removed 3 minutes of footpath to the next city railroad station and is surrounded in a pelican crossing by supermarkets, savings bank and baker conveniently. Therefore we could go with city railroad and underground at ~45 minutes of the front door directly to the entrance of the Dusseldorf exhibition centre and park the car during this time in underground parking belonging to hotel. Somit konnten wir mit S-Bahn und U-Bahn in ~45 Minuten von der Haustür direkt zum Eingang des Düsseldorfer Messegeländes fahren und das Auto während dieser Zeit in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage parken.

The fair stay was very interesting, we have attached some new contacts, have refreshed passing ones and with customers, potential new customers as well as competitors chatted. Nevertheless, my personal highlight was the hotel.

Have checked in we on the Wednesday evening after the construction on the exhibition centre. We were received very warmly, have put down the carriage, free access to the WLAN (! – for me of course very importantly) got and with the hotel keeper Dujo Babic discussed, when we wanted to have breakfast the next morning to be able to arrive on time on the exhibition centre. Besides, he even knew how to consider that the connection of S-does not clap in underground as a rule and so 10 minutes are to be included in the plan more. – für mich natürlich sehr wichtig) bekommen und mit dem Hotelier Dujo Babic besprochen, wann wir am nächsten Morgen frühstücken wollten, um pünktlich auf dem Messegelände eintreffen zu können. Dabei wusste er sogar zu berücksichtigen, dass der Anschluss von S- an U-Bahn in der Regel nicht klappt und deswegen 10 Minuten mehr einzuplanen seien.

After we have made ourselves fresh briefly on the room it went again under it in the restaurant to the dinner – alternatively in the smoker or non-smoker's area – and were surprised by an exceptionally tasty kitchen and a tasty drink choice – both to too much moderate prices (menu). The service is very nice, attentive and obliging. However, after food we were also done and could drop ourselves with full bellies in our beds. Nach dem Essen waren wir aber dann aber auch gar und konnten uns mit vollen Bäuchen in unsere Betten fallen lassen.

At this point a few selective impressions of the HOTEL ;-)

The breakfast in the morning in all early morning was worthy of notice really and also met all the wishes. Though the other days were less exciting all strenuous, however, all together.

For the week-end it was planned that boss's woman should come for one day incl. overnight stay for visit, hence, he had also booked a double bed room. Though my woman also wanted to come on Friday, nevertheless, as modest people, we have to spend the night not planned – my bed in the single room was anyway too small. With the common dinner on the Friday evening with our women briefly before mine wanted to depart again, came boss the idea to ask simply sometimes whether it is possible to organise a Beistellbett for my room, so that she could accompany us in the morning to the fair and go back afterwards in complete silence home and has to go not still at night out. Beim gemeinsamen Abendessen am Freitagabend mit unseren Frauen kurz bevor meine wieder abreisen wollte, kam Chef die Idee, einfach mal zu fragen, ob es möglich sei, für mein Zimmer ein Beistellbett zu organisieren, damit sie uns morgens zur Messe begleiten und anschließend in aller Ruhe nach Hause zurückfahren konnte und nicht noch nachts raus muss.

Unfortunately, the hotel owner allowed to announce that, actually, no more bed is free, still he took my room key and wanted to look sometimes what is to be made. Actually, we had forgotten the thing with a little beer again, there our service came beaming to the table to inform us that they could organise a bed and that towels, etc. were also distributed twice. In the final effect this extraordinary extra sausage was not even calculated. WOW!. Then there a tip also had to go here and web propaganda which I deliver herewith ;-) Im Endeffekt wurde diese außerordentliche Extrawurst nicht einmal berechnet. WOW!. Da musste dann auch ein Trinkgeld her und Web-Propaganda, welche ich hiermit abliefere ;-)

Well one can also drink in the comfortable bar of the house, by the way what I have also done in an evening :-)
